Kaelee Kessee Managing Editor                  In social studies Eric Gross’s AP Human Geography class, students have been learning the skill of answering essay questions that will be seen on the AP tests this May.                 The questions are known as Free Response Questions or FRQs for short. The questions are centered on the material learned in the class throughout the semester. The most recent FRQ pertained to the information learned in the second unit of the book over population and migration.                 The students had the opportunity to take their first FRQs home to work on them overnight.                 “I thought that for the first one it would be good to do a take home assignment to gently get [them] into it. Stand for the Silent Posts Sticky Notes

Demi Muchmore Editor in Chief                 Notice the sticky notes on all the lockers as you’re walking in the hallway to class? You have Stand For The Silent members to thank for that. These aren’t just ordinary sticky notes, on every single sticky note there is an inspirational quote to start your day.                 During spring break, students that are a part of stand for the silent got together and made a sticky note for every single locker in this school. Mrs. Goodrich is in charge of this club and actually came up with the idea. “We did it to uplift people after coming back from break,” sophomore Cassidy Oberbroeckling said.                 When asking other students what they thought of the idea, they responded with positive feedback. “It was a very good idea and it was cool to walk around and see all of the different messages,” senior Nic Henderson said.                 Doing these creative messages can really help to brighten a student’s day after everyone

Twitter Plans To Filter Out Hateful Content

Jessica Rish  News Editor The meninist twitter account has been notorious for  putting out hateful content on  twitter regarding social justices like, gender, sexuality, race amongst other thing    Twitter is one of the biggest platform used in the social justice world. Twitter famous social justice accounts dedicate their feed through the use of hashtags, retweets, and tweet threads to educate and inform others on social issues.     Twitter does a good job of supplying a multimedia platform for educating thousands of people and raising awareness with the click of a button, but there is one main problem that can  often be seen  in social justice Twitter: “Dragging” or hateful conduct, can even be considered bullying or attacking/harassment.
